Century 21 Novus

I had the pleasure of working with Century 21 Novus for several years to manage a rental property. I live out of state, so it was important to have a company that was attentive. Communication was always great, and they did a great job of screening applicants. I highly recommend them for any property management needs.

My daughter and her husband had a bad experience. Here is what happened to them, i even tried to call and and Novus was no help… Do NOT use century 21/ novus rentals. Me and my husband are newly married and new parents. We don’t have credit or rental history which we called and talked to century 21 about. We asked them and let them know ahead of time about it and they said it was fine that we can still look and apply for houses and that a application is good for 60 days and there would only be a ONE time fee (per Anastasia) We applied for a place but was denied because of our credit and history. They would not let us put in a application for a new property. They were trying to make us pay the fee again. I called several times and days for help but they never called me back so my husband showed up and asked to talk to Ashley the one who was suppose to call me back. The front desk lady told my husband that Ashley wasn’t in. So my husband said he would wait. Then she said Ashley was about to go into a meeting so he said he’d still wait. Ashley came and talked to him then and she told him that she didn’t know that I was the same person who was calling over the phone. She then went to tell him that since we was denied that we would have to pay another fee for another applications (which they didn’t tell his before hand. And we called several times asking questions for this reason) and she said since we had no credit or rental history we would also have to pay double the rent and deposit fees bc “they can’t trust us “ because we have no history which we called and asked them before hand and they never told us this when we asked! They scammed us out of application fees and our time.

Not your average real estate office! I love the office vibe and everyone was very friendly and professional.

As the owner of a property, working with Miss Ashley Cruey was a great experience. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend Century 21 Novus.

Won't even talk to me in person after driving an hour to their office. My wife and I have good credit and bring in almost 70k and we can't even get someone to talk to us. And a bankruptcy from 6 years ago is apparently enough for them to ignore you. Nvm it is because of medical issues and surgery but w/e. Lowball
